Willett P. Carter

Willett Carter, daughter of the late William and Susan Carter, departed this world on November 22, 2019. Willett was born in Fredericksburg, VA on June 7th, 1962. Willett graduated from Stafford High School in 1980 and went on to attend James Madison University and also Strayer University. Willett worked as a data analyst for RACSB and did volunteer work at the nursing home.

Willett is survived by her daughter Aleta Zuri Carter and the following;
