Theodore Nathaniel Culley departed this life on April 30, 2015 in Woodbridge, Virginia.
He was born November 30, 1943 to the late Edna Culley Scroggins.
In addition to his mother he is predeceased by his grandmother Annie Culley Turner and grandfather Wallace Culley.
Theodore was educated in the Stafford County Public School Systems. He enlisted in the US Air Force on September 3, 1963 and served until January 1, 1966. Theodore, (Culley), as he was affectionately called by so many, loved music and he loved to sing. He could spend most of the day listening to his CDS. He was the lead singer for his band, Spade and the Insights, and that was one of the highlights of his life. He was an avid bowler and he loved to cook, of course he also loved to eat.
He is survived by his wife, Mable, stepson Andre' Moore, stepdaughter, Angelia Kilpatrick. One brother; William Culley. Five sisters; Marjorie King (Donald), Deborah Scroggins (Edward), Rita Pleasant (Bobby), Dorothy Flowers (Edward, deceased) and Laura Scroggins. Three grandchildren; Miya and Ayden Moore and Jamuer Smith. Goddaughters; Sirita Smalls, Volencia Lane and Shawn Williams. Mother in law; Eustena Turner. Four brother in law, four sister in law, and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. He is also survived by his extended family, The Speeds.
