Strephon Lamont Rollins

Strephon Lamont Rollins, affectionately known as “MANN’ OR ‘STREPH’, 48 of Fredericksburg, VA was born on January 19, 1971 and departed this life on Saturday, May 18, 2019.

“MANN” received his education in the Caroline County Public School System. At a young age, he was baptized at Shiloh Baptist Church in Port Royal, VA.

Strephon was employed for almost ten years at Reinhart Food Services in Manassas VA, starting out as a Driver’s Assistant. With his charming personality, determination, kind heart, always eager to learn and going above and beyond attitude, he was promoted to Warehouse Supervisor and was just recently offered the position of becoming Head of Transportation.

Strephon was one of a kind, full of life, a very affectionate and outgoing person, “A People’s Person”, to know him was to love him!! He was always the life of anything going on and always stressed the love and value of family. He would always find time for family, if you could not come to him, he would make the time to come to you, often having gatherings for any occasion at his home. He was proud of who he was, and who he was becoming. He was “our rock” and all of the loving memories he left us to cherish will continue to be. There was not a soul he did not know. Anytime you wanted or needed anything done, if he could not do it, he knew someone who could take care of it.

Strephon was a true diehard Dallas Cowboys Fan. We are really blessed and grateful for the 48 years he was here with us. We must continue with our prayers and trust in God and know that one day we will be together again..

Strephon was predeceased by his father Ralph Holmes, Sr., brother. Ralph Holmes, Jr., His grandparents and his aunt Mabel Lomax, whom he loved dearly.

He leaves to cherish his memories his son, Jontae Rollins of Front Royal, VA; His loving and supportive mother, Roberta Rollins of King George VA,; Five sisters, Francine and Senaca Rollins of King George, VA, Donna Holmes and Gail Wallace of Supply, VA and Jacqueline Johnson of Woodbridge, VA; Two aunts; Stephanie Reed of Washington, DC and Deborah Brooks of Maryland; Four uncles, Delano Rollins (Bernadette) of Fredericksburg, VA, William Rollins (Fraulein) of Milford, VA, Jimmy Rollins (Janice) of Arlington, VA and Robert Lomax, Sr. of Hustle, VA; Nieces, Kyneasha, Alexus, Rolanda, Dora, and Avontay; His nephew, KyJuan, Great nieces, Makayla, Amora, Kwanshala, Kalyce, and Quandra; Great nephews Marley, Damien, Jameer, Ashton, Great Great nephews Cayden and Cobe; Numerous cousins and friends, his special friend, Vera Steward. We cannot forget his “spoiled, furry daughter” Venus.
