Mildred B. Terry

Mildred B. Terry, daughter of the late William Henry and Betty Brown was born in Caroline County. She received her education in Caroline County Public Schools. At an early age she accepted Christ and joined the Mt. Salem Baptist Church. She was joined in Holy Matrimony to the Late Robert H. Terry and from this union, three children were born. She departed this life on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at her residence in Ruther Glen. Later in life, she became a member of United Freedom Baptist Church under pastorate of Rev. Karl Bray, where she was the Church Mother. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Dallas Ragland. Mildred loved to cook and help other people. She had a very caring and loving spirit which exemplied her love for Christ.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her devoted daughter, Ann Terry of Ft. Washington, Md. and son, Stanley Terry of New York City; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
