Lottie Lee Frenzley departed this life into peaceful rest with the Lord on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Mary Washington Health Care. Lottie was born on July 9, 1928 to the late Walter and Elizabeth Streets. Lottie was the youngest of five children: three sisters, Dorothy, Pearl, and Sadie and two brothers, Clarence and Robert who all preceded her in death.

Lottie received her education at a one room school, Lamb Creek in King George. She gave her life to Christ at an early age at Mt. Mariah Baptist Church. She married Harrison Frenzley and from this union they had two children. One son, James Herman Frenzley, preceded her in death. Lottie was a domestic worker and a devoted church worker. She was an usher and later became a deaconess.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her dedicated daughter, Ethel Watson of King George; one granddaughter, LaVinia Davis (Linwood) of Fredericksburg; two great-grandchildren, Danielle Waters and Lynette Davis; two great-great-grandchildren, Imair Waters and Bob Jr. Waters. She also leaves nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
