On Monday, March 27, 2017, God extended his almighty hand of love and gently took Lewis Bernard Johnson to a home of joy, peace and happiness. Lewis was born on September 12, 1977 to Maxine and Lewis Johnson in Fredericksburg at Mary Washington Hospital.
Lewis attended King George High School and graduated in 1995. He later worked for Green Scene Landscaping Company. He was a very loving and outgoing person who loved football. He was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. On Sundays during football season he would spend his evenings watching the games at his parents' house. Lewis, his dad and nephew, Alont'e would go back and forth with Uncle Jack because he was a "DEADSKINS Fan". Lewis also loved spending time with his sister boo who was is his, "partner in crime" and one of his best friends.
He leaves to cherish fond memories; his parents, Maxine and Lewis Johnson; grandmother, Doris Johnson; lifelong partner of 20 years, Courtney Ray; sister, Natasha Johnson; nephews, Alont'e and Jawuan Fauntleroy; niece, Naiomi Flauntleroy; uncle, James "Jack" Russell; aunts, Frances "Todey" Butler, Joyce Pratt (Charlie), Margaret Newman and a host cousins and friends.
