On Saturday, March 4, 2017, the gates of heaven opened and a devoted husband, best friend, and soul mate entered his heavenly home.
Larry Donnell Drumgole was born in Brooklyn New York on September 3, 1972 to Nora Sabrina Clinton and the late Lawrence Donnell Drumgole. Larry attended Flushing High School in Queens New York. He continued to live there until 2002 when he later moved to Virginia where he could be closer to his family. He joined Ebenezer Baptist Church in 2003, and quickly went to doing what he did best helping wherever anyone needed him. He joined the choir, Ushers Ministry, Youth Ministry, and was the Vice Chairman of the Men's Ministry.
Larry "Lowsta" as he was called by many, was a true Giants fan. He would say "from NY to VA I still bleed blue." He had a smile that you couldn't help but notice. All that knew or came in contact with him, always spoke highly of Larry, and how he was willing to lend a helping hand. Larry was a mild mannered gentle soul and loved by all. He loved kids and spending time with family. Larry was a dedicated employee at Burlington Coat Factory in Fredericksburg Virginia for more than 10 years and later transferred to Woodbridge Virginia until he gained his wings.
On February 2, 2008, he was united in holy matrimony to Lisa Victoria Myers and to this union brought together one son; Malachi Drumgole of Rappahannock Academy, VA; two daughters: Daysha Covington of Rappahannock Academy, Va., and Latika Myers of Archdale NC., one God-daughter Tiyana Southerland and mother-in-law Nancy B Myers both of Rappahannock Academy, Va.; one grandmother: Doris Johnson of Supply Va.; one sister: Tiffany Rollins of Fredericksburg, Va., two brothers: Calvin Walker(Angela) of Brooklyn, NY, and Amar Shine( Shalish) of Blythewood , SC., three Sister-in-Laws: Sandra Southerland of Temple Hills Md., Diana Myers and Marilyn Myers both of Rappahannock Academy Va.; and one Brother-In-Law: Gregory Myers of Fredericksburg, Va., a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
