Kyle E Jackson

Kyle was born in Washington, D.C. on August 22, 1960. He graduated from DC Public Schools. Later he attended Strayer University with a focus on Accounting. He always had a passion for learning new things. He had a natural curiosity for rebuilding things. For example, he would disassemble and reassemble VCR's, tape recorders and other household items. Although he had a physical disability, he never claimed it. He was very active as a teen and as an adult. Although he didn't drive, he was known for owning a vehicle. With the help of friends and family he traveled to many places across the states including Florida, Texas and the Grand Canyon. He served his community for many years by coaching baseball and basketball for adults and young boys and girls. Kyle helped many in his community by mentoring and providing school, relationship and family support. Kyle was a sports enthusiast and his greatest love was for the Washington Redskins. Kyle touched so many people in so many different ways. He will always be loved and greatly missed. He is survived by six sisters, his favorite cousin Kevin (care-taker), one aunt, six nephews, eight nieces, three great nephews and a host of cousins.
Just as Kyle helped and supported many in his community, many loved and supported him as well. We would like to thank everyone that loved and supported Kyle. Just to name a few that cared for him over the last few years, we would like to give special thanks to Dave, Rhonda, Jackie, Sequecia, Sandy, Martha, all the nurses at Mary Washington and Medi Home Health.
