John Lenwood Wright

John Lenwood Wright affectionately known as "Junebug" was born in Caroline, County on November 25, 1936 to the late Ruth Wright. He was called to external rest on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at Envoy Westover Hills Healthcare, Richmond, Virginia.

Junebug was raised and grew up in Caroline, County and was educated in the Caroline, County Public School System.

He retired in 2003 as a lifelong automobile mechanic. His pastime was going to the race track, hunting, or just hanging out with his love ones. He also, enjoyed cooking and entertaining for his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruth Wright and daughter, Tracy St. Clair.

Junebug leaves to cherish his loving memories to his sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends.


For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
