James Woodrow Wilson, 77 of Woodford, Virginia entered into eternal rest on Friday, September 13, 2013 at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Virginia.
He was born June 28, 1936 to the late Thomas Wilson and Judy Lawson of Caroline County. He was known as "Bobby" to some and "Hulk Eye" to others. He was raised in Caroline County and received his education in the Caroline County School System. Bobby was a member of a quartet group called the "Willing Four" at the age of 10 and also a member of the Sunshine Hunting Club. He joined St. John Baptist Church, Woodford Virginia at an early age.
He loved gatherings of family and friends. Bobby had a passion and special interest in hunting, fishing and riding motorcycles. He loved playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He maintained his trademark sense of humor all the way to the end.
Left to cherish his memory his wife, Mary Jane Wilson; one daughter, Dorothy Wilson both of Woodford, Virginia; four sons, James L. Wilson of Woodford, Virginia; Edward Wilson (Josephine), Vernon Wilson (Debra) both of Fredericksburg, Virginia; Aaron Wilson of Locus Grove, Virginia; One brother, Clyde Wilson of Woodford, Virginia and two sisters, Naomi Hardy of New York City and Jean Wilson of Washington, D.C.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
