James W. Johnson

James Walter Johnson departed this life on October 23, 2004 at MCV Hospital in Richmond, Va. He was born December 19, 1945. He attended public school in King and Queen County. He joined the First Mt. Olive Baptist Church at an early age.

James was born to the late Percy Lee and Odessa Johnson.

He leaves to mourn a loving and devoted sister, Lizzie L. Banks; devoted brother, Edward McCoy Johnson; one daughter, Corbett Fauntleroy; two grandchildren, Shyheim and Dominonique; one niece, Jacqueline H. Banks; four nephews, Charles, Derrick and John Banks and William Johnson, Jr.; one sister-in-law, Queen Johnson; two aunts, Lillie Fortune and Virginia Fortune; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
