James A Boone, Sr.

James Allen Boone, Sr., 77 made his transition to be with the Lord on Monday, January 1, 2018.

James was born to the late Allen and Lillian Boone on July 20, 1940. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

Fresh out of high school James entered the United States Army where he served his county for three years.

After the military James love for the road led him to become a long time truck driver. He worked for numerous trucking companies.

James was proceeded in death by his sister Joanne Ford.

James leaves to cherish his memory former wife and devoted friend Barbara Boone; three children: Kevin Alonzo Brown, Audrey Denise Boone and James Allen Boone, Jr. (Tracey); three grandchildren: Trevin Brown, Kristean Walker and Christopher Boone; one sister Carolyn Tyree and one brother Wallace Boone; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
