Franklin Eugene White

Franklin Eugene White son of the late David Stepney and Lois White departed this life on Friday, September 3, 2010 at INOVA Fairfax Hospital, at age 56.

He leaves to cherish his memories six brothers Wayne White; Wayne Stepney; Keith Stepney; Kenneth Stepney; David Stepney, Jr.; and Michael Stepney, and six sisters Nora Stepney; Deborah Stepney; Lisa Harris; Georgia Elam; Deloris Young; and Barbara Swann, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
