Frances J. Smith

Frances Smith born to James and Mary Brown of Fredericksburg, Virginia departed this life on March 14, 2005 at Inova Fairfax Hospital. She was preceeded in death by her husband Deacon William ''Easy Town'' Smith, Jr. and sister Lucille Pendleton.

Survivors inlcude her parents, James and Mary Brown of Fredericksburg; her children, Lilah Stewart of King William, Kathy Watkins of Spotsylvania, Marvin Brown of Richmond, William Smith III of Tennessee, and Beverly, Mary, Al, Phillip, Anthony and James Smith, all of the home; a sister, Roxanne Brown of Stafford; three brothers, Russell and Donald Brown of Fredericksburg, and James Brown Jr. of Richmond; and three special nieces, Eve Pendleton, and Lita and Crystal Brown.
