Ernest Lee Evans

Ernest Lee Evans, 79, of Caroline County died Friday March 12, 2010 at Specialty Hospital in Washington, D.C. after a long illness.

Ernest retired from Quantico Marine Base and Kent Construction after many years of service.

Ernest is survived by his wife of 54 years, Helena Evans, two daughters Elaine Waller and Linda Jones and her husband Gregory Jones. Four grand-children; Terron J. Lewis; Clarence Waller, Jr.; Rodney Waller, and Stephanie Waller.

Ernest leaves two brothers, Richard Evans and Jessie Evans both of Milford, Va; four sisters Orlean Young of Newtown, Va, Louise Wingfield, Joyce Ray both of Baltimore, Md. and Gloria Howard of Pennsylvania; one brother in-law Russell Fields of Milford, Va; two sister in-laws Carliece Evans of Milford, Va; and Mabel Coleman of Maryland, and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
