Elder Malcolm Eugene Mcclintock

Elder Malcolm E. McClintock of King George, Va., departed this life to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 25, 2007. Elder McClintock was born on June 1, 1951 to the late Oscar and Valerna McClintock in Norfolk, Va.

Elder McClintock retired from the U.S. Navy in August 1993 after 20 years of honorable service. He earned a Bachelors Degree from Southern Illinois University, a Masters from Northwest University and his Masters of Divinity from Alameda University. He was an Associate Minister at Liberty Empowerment Baptist Church, Colonial Beach, Va under the leadership of Pastor Sherman Hayes. He has past affiliations with Beulah Baptist Church, Culpeper, Va., Little Zion Baptist Church, Oak Grove, Va., First Baptist Church of Ambar, King George, Va., and New Covenant Baptist Church, Washington, D.C.
He was employed as a Training Specialist by U.S. Customs, Lorton, Va.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving wife, Dalphenea McClintock, of King George, Va., his daughter, Somanetta Christian-Davis and granddaughter, Alexia Davis, of Reston, Va.; four aunts, Jean Burnette, Pearl Brandon, Wilhemina Wingfield and Jewel Tilghman; two uncles, Jerry and Carl Wingfield; mother-in-law, Madgalene Austin, Norfolk, Va. and a host of relatives and friends.
