Earlene Patricia Johnson

As we celebrate the life of our beloved one, Earlene Patricia Johnson, we do so with very fond memories. The value of life cannot be measured by longevity alone, but in ones love, and the impact upon the lives of others.

Earlene Patricia Johnson was born June 3, 1963 to the proud parents Shirley Ann and George A. Johnson. Earlene slipped into the hands of our Almighty Father on Wednesday, August 4, 2010, surrounded with pure Love, Gratitude, and Devotion.

Earlene attended the King George public schools and graduated then later joined the United States Army for a short period of time. During the childhood of Earlene, she was a member of the Union Bethel Baptist Church where she was baptized in the name of the Father the Son, and the Holy Ghost. She later moved her membership to the St. Stephen's Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. Anthony M. Jones and was an active member. She joined the usher board and served faithfully until her health began to fail, she also praised danced, supported the youth ministry and served on the Nurses Ministry. Earlene had a passion for her church.

She was employed with the CVS Distribution Warehouse Center for a numerous number of years.

She leaves to cherish two devoted daughters; Latoya M. Johnson and Laqueasha Scott, both of King George, VA and one devoted son, Lewis Scott of King George, VA, one granddaughter Monique Iola Johnson, of King George, VA. She is survived by her parents George and Shirley Johnson of King George, VA. Earlene leaves to cherish six sisters; Lavern (Donald) Smith of King George, VA, Verlette Davis of Fredericksburg, VA, Delorice (Mark) McDowney of King George, VA, Cynthia (Lorenzo) Freeman of King George, VA, Mary Johnson of Fredericksburg, VA and Barbara Johnson (Tommy) of King George, VA. Eight brothers; George (Earlene) Johnson of Oak Grove, VA, Timothy (Cynthia) Johnson of Fredericksburg, VA, Michael (Katrina) Johnson of King George, VA, Kevin Johnson of Dahlgren VA, William Johnson of Dahlgren, VA, Thomas (Kim) Johnson of Fredericksburg, VA, Kevin (Stacey) Beverly of Spotsylvania, VA, and Larry (Jo-Ann) Beverly of Atlanta, Georgia.

She leaves to cherish five aunts; Alice Smith, Elizabeth Davis, Ella (Robert) Johnson, all of Dahlgren, VA, Lucy Mae Davis of Philadelphia, PA and Evelyn (Viole) McDowney of Fort Washington, MD. One uncle, Linwood (Levenia) Davis of King George, VA and one-great aunt, Marie (Harold) White of King George, VA.

She also leaves to cherish eight devoted god-children; Cordarryl Ford, Ralph Johnson, Leonard Davis, Kelis Whiting, Corvyon Davis, Cinari Davis, Zy'Kyrie Coles and Zy'Kasia Coles. Two devoted nieces; Denise Lindsey and Mary Johnson. Three devoted friends; Rita Vessels, Carolyn Harrison and Mattie White and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
