Deonta Christopher Carter was born November 5, 2000 in New Rochelle, New York. He was one of five children. Booman lived a portion of his young life in Spotsylvania, Virginia. He began his schooling at Riverview Elementary. At the age of eight he moved to King George, Virginia where he attended school.
Booman loved to play video games. He had so many different game systems. His favorite was Spiderman. No matter what system he was on, he loved Spiderman. Spiderman was his favorite Superhero.
Booman never talked to people he didn’t like. If he loved or liked you, he would tell you how he felt. Every time he would come home from school, he would tell the whole house what happened that day. He would tell us about the kids he did and didn’t like, about the food he ate, and also about the kids he would accidentally hit with his power chair. He would always go in his sisters’ room and talk with them. Every time his brothers and father came to see him he would have a whole book of things to tell them, Aunt Tia and Grandma Ann too.
Booman leaves to mourn his loss, his mother, Lia Clayton-Wise (Marcus); his father, Christopher Carter (Kristen); his siblings, Moné, DeShaé, Christopher, and Deon Carter; and his grandparents, James Clayton (Christine), Madeliene Beanum, Dianne Carter, and Howard Nelson. He also leaves behind his Godmother, Tracey Parker (Chuck) and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and his church family at Antioch Baptist Church.
