Cora Lee Woolfolk, daughter of the late Annie Mae Green was born March 20, 1929 in Madison County, Virginia. She departed this life into a peaceful rest on July 24, 2002 at 2:30 a.m., at Mount Vernon Hospital after a long illness. At an early age she accepted Christ as her Personal Saviour. On July 25, 1968 she was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Deacon Lawrence Woolfolk of Ruther Glen, Virginia, to this union were three children. After her husband retired they resided in Arlington where she owned and operated C & L Cleaning Services. Cora was a kind, sweet lady who loved to shop and help others and would often open her home to others. She was a faithful member of the Deaconess Board at Reedy Baptist Church until her husbands health began to fail and they could no longer make the trip. She leaves to cherish her memories, one son, Jeffrey of Alexandria, Virginia; two daughters, Sheila McClain of Woodbridge, Virginia and Brenda Woolfolk of Alexandria, Virginia; nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, one sister-in-law, Ella Ratcliffe of Ashland, Virginia, one son-in-law, Norman McClain of Woodbridge, Virginia, a number of nieces and nephews.
