Cellestein Reynolds

On Sunday, November 9, 2008, Cellestein Peyton Reynolds, made her transition from time on earth to an eternal home in heaven, at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, Va.

Cellestein was born on February 12, 1957, to the late James Peyton and Mildren Peyton.

Cellestein graduated from the public schools of Colonial Beach. She furthered her education at a secretarial school for two years.

She was employed by the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division, in the security department for more than thirty years. We know she will be deeply missed by her family there also.

At an early age, she joined the First Baptist Church, Colonial Beach where she remained a faithful member. Cellestein served on the Trustee Ministry. She also served as the Church Financial Secretary.

She was a loving and faithful servant of God. A loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend. She always made time to listen to your problems and always went the extra mile to lend a helping hand. She was truly an angel to her family and friends.

She leaves to cherish fond memories, her husband, Harold, Sr.; one son, Harold, Jr.; one daughter, Mariah; granddaughter, Aniyah; her mother, Mildred Peyton; seven brothers, Stanley Peyton (Orissa), Ronnie Peyton(Audra), Tyrone Peyton, Tony Peyton(Francine), Theodore Peyton, Jamie Peyton(Karen) and Corey Peyton; two sisters, Johanna Peyton(Leroy) and Barbara Frenzley(Charlie); sister-in-law, Sheila Reynolds; brother-in-law, Robert; mother-in-law, Geraldine Reynolds; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
