Arthur Obrien Harvey was born September 26, 1950 to the late Mary B. Johnson and Lloyd T. Harvey in King George, Virginia. Arthur joined Salem Baptist Church at a young age under the leadership of the late Reverend Devaughn. Arthur Harvey “Tootie” as everyone affectionately knew him served the community as the convenience center attendant for over 20 years. “Tootie” enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing softball, watching westerns and football, going to the racetrack with his brothers, eating crabs and being with his family.

He was preceded in death by his father Lloyd T. Harvey, his mother Mary B. Johnson-Harvey, brother Kenneth Harvey, and the love of his life Bernice “Weedie” Campbell.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories one son Rickey Campbell of King George, VA, A daughter who he raised as his own Tiffany Kilby-Campbell (Gordon) of Fredericksburg, VA. Three grandchildren Jamara Campbell of Williamsburg, VA, Javon Campbell of King George, VA and Courtney Campbell of Fredericksburg, VA, one great granddaughter Atara Campbell of Fredericksburg, VA, four brothers Sylvester Harvey (Celestine) of Woodbridge, VA, Lloyd T. Harvey Jr, Robert Harvey (Laura), Floyd Harvey (Carolyn) all of King George, VA three sisters Beatrice Smith (Wanzer), Felecia Pratt both of King George, VA, Constance Harvey-Morrison (Frederick) of Fayetteville Nc. Three aunts Mamie Harvey of Norfolk, VA, Barbara Harvey of Malibu FL, Margaret Johnson of Weildfield, VA, and Fannie Lee Johnson of King George, VA, two uncles Leonard Harvey of Hyattsville, MD, and William Johnson of Arlington, VA. A long-time friend Charleston Cooke and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.
